2. Site content and copyright
Text, visuals, the logo, and other content on this site belong to Momentum or are used with the rights holder's permission. You may read them and share links to them, but not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
3. Pricing and quotes
The prices we publish cover our work managing your account. Ad spend is not included — you pay Google and Meta directly, from your own account. The final quote is confirmed in writing, after a call and a look at your specific case.
4. Terms of engagement
- The service is paid monthly, in advance.
- There is no long-term lock-in — you can stop at the end of any month.
- Notice period is 15 days, so we can hand the accounts back properly.
- We reply to enquiries the same working day, weekdays 9am to 6pm.
5. Ownership of accounts and data
Advertising accounts are opened under your name and your billing details. Accounts, data, domain, and content remain yours the day the engagement ends, with the full history included.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to professional standards and on the basis of the data available in the accounts, but advertising results also depend on factors outside our control — the market, competition, seasonality, the strength of your offer, and the platforms' own rules. We therefore do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or cost per result, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Momentum is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, nor for damage arising from acting on information found on the site without prior consultation.
7. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Data protection
How we handle the data you submit through our forms is described in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We aim to resolve any dispute by agreement; failing that, the competent court in [city] has jurisdiction.
