momentum 1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
Data you give us. When you fill in the contact or order form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, message text and, for orders, the name of the selected package.
Data collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools may record your IP address, device and browser type, language, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This data is used in aggregate, for statistics and security.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — the basis is pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us.
- To deliver the service and invoice you, if you become a client — the basis is performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- For traffic analytics and ad measurement — the basis is solely your consent, given by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner.
4. Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
The cookies this site uses fall into three groups:
- Essential. Keep core site functions running and remember your cookie choice. The site does not work without them, so they cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Counts visits and shows which pages people read, in aggregate and without identifying you.
- Marketing. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and Google Ads. Measure how well ads perform and allow more relevant ads to be shown to you later.
Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you allow them, each group separately. Until you do, no tracking cookie is set. No group is ticked in advance, and declining does not restrict your access to any content on the site.
You can change or fully withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions:

- Google Ireland Limited — traffic analytics (with your consent)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — ad measurement (with your consent)
Some of these providers process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses or another appropriate safeguard.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don't lead to work — [12] months from last contact, then deleted.
- Client data — for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.
- Analytics data — according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
Under Serbian data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, have it erased, restrict processing, port your data, and object to processing. Send your request to info@momentum.ad and we'll respond within the statutory deadline.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and only the team members who need it for their work have access to form submissions. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will say so on the site.
