What a dental practice website needs to actually generate bookings

We reviewed dozens of dental practice sites across Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš. They look tidy. And almost none of them answer the questions people are actually there to ask.

Why a patient opens the site

They have one of three questions: how much does it cost, when can I come in, and can I trust you. A site that answers all three in the first thirty seconds gets the call.

Proof instead of claims

  • Real photos of the practice and the team, not stock photography
  • Before-and-after results, with patient consent
  • Google reviews shown on the site, linked to the profile
  • Doctors' names and qualifications, not just "our expert team"

Three questions, three places on the page

Price, availability and trust cannot wait for a subpage. If a patient has to click to find them, most will not click. What works: a rough price for the most requested treatment right under the headline, the next free slot or opening hours in the header, and the proof directly below that.

Booking has to be on every screen

A phone number in the footer is a phone number nobody finds. On a phone the decision takes seconds, so the call to action has to be visible without scrolling, and it has to be a button that opens the dialler rather than text someone has to retype.

  • A call button that opens the dialler directly on mobile
  • A form with at most three fields; every extra field loses some people
  • Opening hours written on the site, not only on the Google profile
  • Address with a map and a note about parking
  • Load speed checked on mobile data, not on wi-fi
Sometimes advertising isn't the first step. We'll tell you that too.

Book a 20-minute call.

We tell you what budget makes sense for your business, and whether advertising is even the right first step. We get back to you the same day.
